1. What we collect

Identity data — full legal name or business name, email address, country, and identity documents (National ID or Passport, proof of address) submitted during KYC/KYB verification.
Account and usage data — transaction history, device and browser information, IP address, and how you interact with the Services.
Communications — messages you send us through the live chat widget, email, or waitlist form.

2. How we use your data

To verify your identity and comply with AML/KYC obligations.
To provide, maintain, and improve Earn, Loan, and trading-liquidity Services.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
To communicate with you about your account, transactions, or support requests.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including responding to lawful requests from regulators or law enforcement.

3. Identity verification via Sumsub

KYC/KYB document capture and review is performed by Sumsub, our third-party identity-verification provider. Documents you submit during verification are transmitted directly to and processed by Sumsub under their own privacy and security practices; Nana Crypto Loan does not separately store the raw files.

4. Market data

Live price data shown on this site is retrieved from CoinGecko's public API directly by your browser. No personal or account data is sent to CoinGecko as part of this feature.

5. Data retention

We retain identity-verification records for as long as required by applicable AML/KYC record-keeping regulations in the jurisdictions we operate in, and other account data for as long as needed to provide the Services or comply with legal obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to our regulatory record-keeping obligations. Contact us using the details below to make a request.

7. Data sharing

We share data with identity-verification providers (Sumsub), regulators, and law enforcement where legally required, and with service providers who help us operate the platform under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers
